Quick & Easy Key Lime Pie Dip

Key Lime Pie Dip is the perfect spring or summer party food! This fresh, light dessert is easy to make and requires no bake time!

If there’s anything we know in the sunshine state, it’s key lime pie. I grew up eating buckets of the stuff each summer off my parent’s dock. On warm summer nights, they would throw low-country boils, fish fries and family barbecues. After dinner, there was nothing better than biting into a creamy slice of sunshine and filling our bellies with key lime goodness.

The Perfect Key Lime Pie

All good Floridians know that there are three very essential elements to the perfect key lime pie. First, graham cracker crust is a non-negotiable. Second, the custard must be tangy but perfectly sweet. It’s a delicate balance. Last, the whipped topping has to be light and not too sweet as to balance out the strong citrus flavor. Almonds, nuts or anything else is just icing on the cake.. or should I say pie? 😉
